“Excellent podcast with very interesting explanations and expert opinions given by Jim & Laura, some of the best in the business. My only suggestion for improvement is to get rid of Lisa. She detracts from the credibility of the content & constantly says "mm hmm, mm hmm, mm hmm" while Jim and Laura are speaking, which is both annoying and distracting.
