Uh huh
Three episodes in, a really fair, interesting take on the Avery case. I hope they analyze other cases when they're done with this one. I enjoy the hosts. The two former law enforcement members are both knowledgeable and interesting, while the casting director plays a bit of the Everyman, the lay person, and it works well. Minor nitpick: said casting director needs to stop reinforcing and affirming everything everyone else says while they talk. All episode long, hundreds of "uh huh"s and "yup"s and "mmhmm"s etc. all done while they talk. It doesn't fit the format. Just do what they each do when the other is talking and let them talk, occasionally interject, you know, act normally. They don't need coaxing. It sounds weird and grates a little. Like I said, a mere nitpick.Read full review »

I love this podcast, and the unbiased outlook it gives on the crime! Being from a law enforcement family it is great to here from both sides and to not have it lean one way or another keep it up!

If the 3rd person would stop saying "mmhmm mmhmm mmhmm" "right" It's very annoying and distracting! Love listening to Laura & Jim though
