“This really is a great podcast and is presented well. However I feel that Jim and Laura are overly arrogant and often cut down and interrupt Lisa’s comments and questions. They often use their qualifications and experience as a trump card to discredit Lisa’s observations and I find this demeaning. A bit unprofessional.”
