Description
Katie Barbaro is an intuitive guide and creativity doula with a background in occupational therapy, trauma-informed yoga, and improv & standup comedy. Through intuitive coaching sessions, Katie guides clients through a process of discovering a deeper connection to themselves by playfully exploring areas of life that feel out of alignment. She has recently published Fed Up: An Illustrated Guide to Food Freedom, a cartoon-based memoir about her experience recovering from disordered eating and discovering her true self, creativity, and spirituality on the other side. In the book she (quite literally) illustrates her own process of shining light into the darkest areas of life. Katie’s mission is to remind you how fun it is to be YOU. (It’s so fun!)
