Redifine Humanness

This podcast unpacks SO MUCH MORE than fitness. Don’t let the title make you think “I’m not a gym rat, a fitness junkie, etc so it’s not for me.” It is for ANY living, breathing, feeling, struggling, conquering, human being. Kelsey is a true gift of a human that keeps on giving. Her knowledge and understanding goes far beyond the fitness world and I love her holistic, positive, well-educated, and experienced approach to health and wellness. I also appreciate how PRACTICAL she is about giving tips, tangible goals, steps, ect. Her balance between feeling and doing is refreshing and inspiring.
