As Covid-19 hit and people were working from home L'Oréal took steps to put their employees at ease locally and around the globe. We talked about the impressive promise from L'Oréal global CEO to guarantee jobs and salaries. The story about hiring a manager online, that no one met face-to-face, and the person's success is a testament to the power of digital. L'Oréal also established an internal job market to trade hours and skills, conducted ACs fully online, and even sent food to employees stranded at home. But it wouldn't be a proper HR discussion with a beauty company without talking about diversity - but in this case about men. Hana shared some fascinating insights into their numbers and how they attract males to their brand. Learn why Giorgio Armani is more crucial than Maybelline in this regard! Plus we discussed L'Oréal's Women in Science initiative and even Hana's past work history with Blake. Overall, the talk with Hana was... beautiful!

We also went into lots of detail on office life, digital work, and recruitment culture within Microsoft. It was an enjoyable, eye-opening experience talking with Miloš.
