Starts off well enough
I really enjoyed the earlier episodes of this show, but I quit around episode 50. The hosts seem lovely, but they’re off topic more and more frequently and the episodes devolve into rambling. Also, I think there’s something odd with the audio quality as every time they pronounce an “s”, it sounds like they’re hissing. Finally, the hosts started out pretty respectful to the gravity of the crimes and the victims, with a just bit of humor to keep the dark topics light, but they’re more and more glib and disrespectful, and it’s worn thin. There are better true crime/mystery pods out there.

Audio quality is crap. Sounds like they are 20 feet away from the mic. They seem to get off topic pretty easily, I just listened to. 3 minute talk about spermicide and how you can't get pregnant from your boyfriends towel. Pretty boring.Read full review »
