“Used to be great, honest and felt like a real conversation between two people and a very human approach to the crimes - lately, there’s less actual discussion of the case at hand, the joking feels more like mockery, the script/swearing feels forced and the advert tie-ins with ITV (the White House murders rehash episode specifically) really just feel like cash grabs with how often it was pushed at the listener.
I was gutted I couldn’t make the live tour date in September - since listening to some of the more recent episodes that have been released, I’m not sure I would get tickets in the future.
I’m sad to unsubscribe, sorry ladies, but you deserve to be more than an advertising platform, and the cases deserve the same level of respect showed at the beginning of the podcast.”
