Could regenerative farming save the world
I’m a retired elementary school principal with no ability to grow anything. I tell you this to give you a context. I’m not a farmer but I am an eater and I’ve been researching food as medicine. I have come to the realization that both the type of food produced and the way of producing it are major contributors to ill health both of people and the planet. I became interested in regenerative farming from watching YouTube and I wanted to learn more so I looked for Podcasts on Regenerative farming. I found your podcast. Listening to you and your brilliant guests has given me hope. Through regenerative farming, the soil is healed, animals are out of feed lots and barns, food is healthier, people are healthier and, on top of all of that, carbon is being sequestered. Anyone interested in their own health or the health of the planet should listen to this podcast and support their local regenerative farmer so that this group will have the economic incentive to save us all.
