Actionable advice

In each episode, Dr. Vanderbilt includes advice that I can actually apply to my own life. Even the topics I can’t relate to are really interesting and I feel like I’m learning about the relationships around me as well.

Original Host Was Great!

I just found this podcast, although it hasn’t had any new episodes recently. Just by listening to a few, I truly enjoy the original host and format of the show much more than the recent host/format. I appreciated the quick, direct information with examples versus the book excerpts..? Wish it would return with the original host!

A treasure of a podcast

So insightful and relatable. I’m sad this series is over! But I still continue to play back these wonderful episodes. If you’re struggling to understand your partner or are just looking to improve what relationships you do have, this series is essential! Perfect 5 stars!
