Close your eyes, take a minimum of six slow deep breaths, and begin focusing on relaxing every inch of your body.- Start by focusing on your toes and wiggle and relax your toes- Relax your feet, rotate your ankles and relax your feet- Work up to your calves, Relax your muscles- Continue working your way up your body, one body part at a time. Within minutes as you work your way up to your head continue to take deep breaths. You will begin to feel relaxed as if you were floating. Your body and brain will be massaged into a deep sleep. Good meditations. Terrible AD placement
The meditations are really good for someone who is just getting into meditations. but the commercials that play in the middle of a meditation have got to go or I’m gonna have to stop listening to this. I understand that they want to generate revenue, but to throw a commercial in the middle of the meditation when someone’s deep in meditation is totally counterproductive.
Relaxing
I find this music to be calming and soothing for me. I love to listen to it when I’m journaling.
Would give 5 stars but…
It’s really hard to enjoy 10 whole minutes of calm when it is interrupted 2 times by blaring online casino ads. No thank you, there are plenty of relaxing podcasts with no ads spliced in to ruin the meditation.
