Most heatedly, they talk about the dreadful art of "Downplaying" after Joe accuses Jes of downplaying her connection with Loverboy. Downplaying in polyamory can be a really contentious topic. Downplaying can be: pretending that new connections don’t have a sexual or romantic vibe when they actually do, dampening one's excitement or hope about a new connection, dampening how you actually feel about a new connection, downplaying the possibilities of what may come, etc...

This convo gets real and honest as f**k, and we're excited to bring y'all into the room with us and how we work through conflict/call each other out on our bullshit.
