“I totally agree with the host. Once you get more than a few, it’s really helpful to have help. His guest Patti gave good inspiration about how they got into real estate (among other) businesses.
Like her, we invest in real estate to hedge against other investments or businesses that trend differently. It’s really helpful to hear other people’s stories. And knock on wood, we haven’t had a hoarder either. Phew!
Also loved your episode with Tim H. He had good tips on having tenants deposit right to the bank. His risk tolerance is higher than mine (nothing absentee here), yet super helpful even if we have a different approach.
