Yes it is free, but there is a reason why.
These recordings are some of the worst I've ever heard. They sound like they were made on a low quality dictaphone stuffed in someones bag at the back of the classroom, next to a cell phone which provides constant interference. There are probably two or three lectures which can be listened to, but most are of a terrible quality, either muffled, or containing so much ambient room noise: people coughing, laughing, mumbling etc that they can't be taken seriously as "iTunes University" material.
