Been listening to Chris since the beginning. Good health orientated podcast but lately seems to be slipping into infomercial territory. Guests always touting the latest greatest product and now Chris selling his own products and saying you need these products because diet doesn’t cover them $$$. After a decade of listening I’m going to delete and stick with less biased podcasts such as Peter Attia
