Employers say offering a four-day working week is what the future should look like. There is a global pilot on at the moment, testing out the idea and the concept is backed by the Council of Trade Unions. Covid forced many companies to change the way they work, with some opting for shorter weeks to strike a better work life balance. But would that work for everyone?
