PNW Gers ,

Absofeckinlutely brilliant!

Absolutely superb history. A clear and honest look at a fascinating and tragic period in Aotearoa’s history.
Appreciate the personal touches from the presenters tracing their own lineage and connection to the events.
And the Maori historians…….just so spot on superb! No ranting or extraneous pompous blather, just incredible and engaging with their analyses and insights.
I’ve been a secondary history teacher for 30 years (Aotearoa trained!!) here in the States and RNZ just blew my mind with this outstanding piece of historical journalism. Kudos, heaps of bloody kudos!
