A podcast for every coffee drinker
As a coffee enthusiast, I sometimes struggle to articulate my passion for everything coffee. It's not just the 800+ flavor compounds, the parameters and techniques leading to an optimal extraction, the various processing methods and stages, the varieties, or the micro-climate at the origins. It's not just the vibe and interaction while enjoying coffees, the many hands that touched coffees, or sustainability for the coffee farmers or environments. You see why my friends were overwhelmed. Andrew does the exact opposite. He breaks down each piece of information in a digestible and surely enjoyable fashion, with a logical flow that connects the bits together. He cleverly omits unnecessary details to avoid potential confusion. It’s a great podcast for coffee drinkers at every stage, and I can’t wait to learn more about coffee!Read full review »
