This podcast is awesome!!
Martin's low key way of talking always relaxes me. I bet there are no other podcasts like this. All the episodes are so funny, especially conversations between Martin and his best friend, Dan. I often burst into laughter while listening to them on my earphones in town, which makes me look like a weird person. Even though Martin doesn't hesitate to use swear words, he still sounds somewhat intelligent to me. What's amazing is Martin's skills to pick up useful words and ideoms for learners from natural, authentic conversations and to explain them without interrupting the conversation too much and also without being too educational. One last thing. "Rock n' Roll" is their spirit and this podcast is not only for "rock 'n'roll" music fans. Wish you good luck, Martin and Dan!Read full review »

Came across this podcast recently and it is an excellent resource for my students. It serves as a great bridge between authentic material and textbook stuff, great for anyone B1 upwards. Extremely funny and extremely British! 🇬🇧
