“Hi Chris, love the pod, great mix of content and humour with all the pundits. I was just wondering what your guys thoughts are on what I feel is the biggest problem facing rugby right now: the poor standard of officiating. Last weekend saw one of the biggest fixtures in the international calendar marred by several calls by Mike Adamson which have since widely been accepted as wrong. This made a massive difference in the end result and overall quality of the game. How long are the powers that be in the game going to keep allowing sun standard officials to make themselves centre of attention and consistently get most calls wrong yet not get punished for sub standard performance at work. In any other walk life such blatant incompetence would not be tolerated, never mind rewarded as it is in rugby.
