    Isaac, recently become the first person to trail run the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge of 233km and roughly the height of Everest in elevation in 30 hours broken over 4 days. He ran for mental health and a film is being made out of this journey.

    He is an endurance athlete who holds the world record for the individual longest continual row of 3 days and 11 hours on a Concept II rower. Love, love, love it!

I found RTTH via John K’s pre-spine race interviews with Stephen Brown, and have continued listening since. And it keeps getting better. Eddie and Gary have great banter and great guests. I’m not much of a runner but my Friday long-runs are something I now look forward to, as it means a weekly podcast binge of the Brit humor that I miss living in the US. Thanks!
