Despite being a relatively approachable sport with minimal equipment there are still systemic barriers that make it difficult for some to participate. Horrible audio-Joel Friel sounds like he’s yelling from a bathroom or somewhere where the sound sort of echoes. So hard to hear it wasn’t helpful.

Might not be the podcasts fault but the most recent episode of Runner spotlight had a runner named Catie on it in which she went full political and called out racism in running!? Also said she wanted to help make the sport more inclusive. Please just cover running. Because they didn’t edit that content, I gave a poor rating.
