I have been listening for 2 years and chris does a good job explaining training theory. That said he has become WAY too pessimistic for my liking and really making me dislike the sport. He questions every performance (esp. Hassan). Instead of praising the achievements of people like Kipchoge he is quick to qualify it with some reason why we shouldn’t get excited about it. He often says he is too cynical and I agree. For that I can’t listen to his negativity anymore. There are a lot of good things out there. Don’t bring us all down with your cynicism.
