Description
Jenni is joined by Olympic Diver and medalist Noah Williams on this episode of RunPod. Noah made waves at Paris 2024, earning a silver medal alongside Tom Daley in the 'Men’s Synchro Diving' and then securing a bronze in the 'Men’s 10m Platform'. While diving might be his main passion, Noah’s training routine includes the step master, and running on a wooden arched treadmill, keeping him in peak shape. With the Olympics behind him, Noah is taking on some new running challenges: a Half Ironman and the London Marathon 2025, where he’ll be running alongside his girlfriend. He's hoping for perfect spring weather, but let’s face it - if it rains this isn’t a guy who’s afraid of getting wet!
