This week Jenni sits down with radio and telly broadcaster, Jamie East, who only started running a couple of years ago and has somehow got himself signed up to now take on the big 26.2 miler round the capital. Yup, he’s running the London Marathon! It’s the biggest challenge for him yet. Jamie has surprised himself and fallen in love with running, appreciating more than anything the way it’s helped him through some darker times.
