“For starters - looove Shelby and Sad to Savage. It started out with me following her on TikTok just when her 60-80% healthy episode went viral, as I’ve struggled with a lot of the same thing as Shelby in the past, or I’m not compleeetely out of the woods, butI loved her mindset, and also saw a lot of myself in her, as I share the love for routines, early mornings and habits. She just helped me see it a bit differently. I’ve been a member of the 5 am club since before I knew it was a thing, but I always felt kind of lonely in my preferred way of life. That changed. When this podcast launched I was seriously in heaven!! I loove listening to podcasts while walking to and from work (or just walking in general lol), doing chores, driving or working upper body (haha). The only PROBLEM with this podcast is that I think the episodes are so insightful that I want to give them my full attention, which requires a certain mood and mindset from day to day, so I end up saving most of them even though I wanna listen right away - just to get the full experience. This is obviously only a good thing, haha! Writing this as I’m finishing up my push-upper body workout, after listening to the 55 Savage-episode, which I am participating in.
