Great podcast!
Sam Miller’s podcast is informative details and sensitive to the needs of all kinds of people. I value the Contant as a personal trainer for the perspective he gives and how it further helps my clients. Podcast topics are always timely, I have found when I have a question about something. Usually that topic comes up next in my feed. I highly recommend this podcast.
