I’m a new coach in the fitness industry with a passion for pre/postpartum wellness, and Sam’s podcast has helped me cultivate a thorough understanding of how metabolism affects all areas of wellness. His podcasts on women’s health and reproductive systems are exceptionally informative. I lean heavily on his 3P model as well as SHREDS to implement my training style and focus. Sam’s clarity and in-depth explanations are easy to digest while I’m chasing toddlers and managing my household. I absolutely love this podcast! Sam does a great job breaking down concepts and topics into easy to understand language. I am a nutrition coach and can easily learn something new and immediately apply it to my clients. His guests are fun and informative as well!
