Easily understandable & applicable!
I have followed Sam on Instagram for just over a year now, which led me to his podcast! I’m always amazed at how he can take ideas that have been so over-complicated in the fitness world and reminds us that the most important thing is to master the basics before anything else. How paying attention to what our bodies are telling us and actually listening will make all the difference in the world! Episodes are not too long, and he doesn’t use complicated jargon (and if he does he explains everything) which make it easily digestible and applicable to our lives as coaches and athletes!
