Best podcast on physiology and nutrition!
I love listening to @SamMillerScience! He’s so knowledgeable about how the body works and how past behaviors can affect metabolism, hormones, etc. This really helps with those clients that just can’t seem to lose the weight, no matter what they do. I learned all of this stuff in school, but he explains it in a way that ties it all together with the clients and makes so much sense. I listen faithfully and highly recommend!
