The topics Prince EA covers are so amazing and really get you thinking outside of the box on health and wellness. The guests he brings in have such motivational messages and stories and really are sparks to help you WANT to continue to better yourself day in and day out. I get so excited when a new episode is available and cant wait to listen! If you have never gave this a listen, you will NOT be disappointed.

Good until mood transformation episode

I have learned a lot and enjoyed a number of episodes. Then the mood transformation one. As the stories of one consumption of some amino acid and a miracle transformation started piling up I kept thing this is irresponsible crap. Then she started saying no one talks about protein. What planet is she on? Protein is always in the conversation to the detriment of information about other important nutrients. Maybe a look at the work of Dr valter longo. The drs Shiraz another worth talking about in a podcast. This particular episode made me question the credibility all together. I don’t know if I will continue to listen or not.
