Loved the explanation of the role of the Israeli Supreme Court.

I recommend this podcast to understand legal commentary and arguments from the right, especially with the current composition of the Supreme Court. Pair this with another legal podcast (e.g., Strict Scrutiny) to get a well-rounded perspective. The interviews with judges and figures in the legal...Read full review »

So pumped to hear you on CSpan during my morning commute! Extra SCOTUS 102 this morning!

Listened to the oral arguments in the affirmative action cases and without a doubt the hosts mischaracterize the cases.

GC and Zack know their stuff! Brilliant lawyers but humble and fun to listen to. Best objective review of cases before the High Court and fascinating interviews.

This podcast is produced by a conservative think tank and masquerading as an educational and informational program. I used to appreciate the unbiased approach to understanding the case law but recent interviews, features and discussions about Dobbs and other hot topics indicate an inability to...Read full review »

For several years, I have listened to every one of the SCOTUS 101 podcast, yet it is the Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch interview that compelled me to leave a comment that is full of applause! US Supreme Court has lost its legitimacy. You need to have the courage to admit it & correct it. Simple, every day Americans can see what “heritage” has done to our court; it is now not good, just, fair, or blind. You will not survive the “stench”; was it worth it to you? The hubris of this...Read full review »

The city of Boston is not permitted to fly a Christian flag; and yet, since 2009, *twice* the flag of PLA / PRC / CCP has been authorized, and flown, over City Hall Plaza??? Isn’t this an indicator of skewed and antagonistically Constitutional merit? Who authorized that anyways- and twice???

I really enjoy this podcast, it satisfies a lot of my interests in our judicial system. I’m not a law scholar by any means but listening to this show keeps me connected to what’s going on at the Supreme Court. Keep up the great work!

SCOTUS101 is one of my fav podcasts. However, I’d like way more in-depth coverage of cases before the bench, and on decisions. These case details are the meat and potatoes of what I want to hear. The interview portion is more like lettuce/no tomatoes and green beans (meh). I listen to the...Read full review »

This was a fantastic podcast prior to the new hosts taking the helm. Please replace them. They’re often wrong and are simply annoying. It’s very disappointing that these two replaced Elizabeth and Tiffany.

I thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s stirring comments about what Justice Barrett’s elevation to SCotUS means to her. As a father of two young daughters, I look forward to the day they discover the trail that Justice Barrett is blazing.

How are we so out-classed by the myriad pods that tend to lean left. I was so excited to when I saw this pod but it’s simplistic, often error-ridden, explanations of cases leave me without any response to more sophisticated info being put out from other pods. This used to be one of my favorite podcasts, but I just can’t get on board with the new hosts. I’ll try another week, but I don’t think I’ll continue being a subscriber for long. Too bad - it’s important content.

From five stars to one star in the swiftness of a house change. What was my absolute favorite podcast has now become a dreaded exercise and deletion. Oh how the great have fallen!

Elizabeth was a decent host who did a decent job of keeping bias out of her analysis. Amy sounds great but the bias is strong already, GianCarlo sounds awful and adds nothing to the content. I’m going to give it a few more weeks but I feel an unsubscribe coming soon.

I give up. I have tried listening to this podcast many times, hoping to hear updates on SCOTUS decisions. But the hosts talk so fast I can’t process it. Why the speed talking?? First off, the content is well above average. Very, very good. Not excellent; very, very good. It could be much better with a focus on storytelling and offering more deep-dive context on key cases. I’m all for differing viewpoints, but Hans von Spakovsky’s smirking take on the recent arguments in “The Truth Is Out There” was unlistenable.
