This morning I interviewed a Seller Support rep; off the record. We were going to do a full interview with no camera feed and scramble the voice but it made more sense to write up my notes and walk everyone through it. We talk about onboarding, training, time allocated for each support ticket, support frustrations dealing with sellers laziness on not using the search bar and how we can communicate better to get the results we are looking for. Are you tired of raising a ticket, the support person does not read your message and sends you back a bit cut and paste? Yeah, we will talk about that too!
A product that has won or been nominated to win awards related to the product category gives a strong indicator of trust-worthiness which can help shoppers with their buying decisions ultimately resulting in more sales.
