Too loud at the end!
I love this podcast and love listening to an episode as I go to sleep, but then super loud abrupt music at the end startles time and I can’t sleep afterwards

Good for the newly sober
I have been listing for a long time. I wasn't too sad to see Jess exit - she seemed to mostly ramble about random irrelevant things and Kate is a lot more introspective.
