Leonard Lake and Charles Ng were notorious serial killers who operated in California during the mid-1980s. They were involved in the kidnapping, torture, and murder of multiple individuals, primarily women. Leonard Lake was the mastermind behind their crimes, while Charles Ng was his accomplice.
