Microphone too close
The sound had too much dynamic range for mr. Coupled with her strong (charmant) accent, it made for a difficult listen

Bad audio
I love the bookshop obviously. And I enjoy most of the conversations in the podcast BUT the audio is poor. You can barely hear anything (the issue is not my speakers).
