Meet Stephanie Bizzeth - an African Nova Scotian, born and raised in Cole Harbour. An Occupational Therapist currently working in mental health and addictions. A humble student in the practice of yoga, meditation, and shadow work. Through this journey she has been finding her voice and getting LOUD about anti-black racism. In this podcast, learn about Stephanie’s heritage and story growing up here in Halifax and being faced with systemic racism from early on all the way up to her Masters Degree.
