Low Signal, High Noise
Guys, a little organization and clarity in the message would go a long way. I’ve listened to numerous episodes only to get 30 mins in and realize I haven’t heard anything of actual substance. Just a bunch of half-thoughts and interjections and giggling. Perhaps consider what you’re trying to get across with each episode, then distill it and eliminate all the fluff and filler. Would be appreciated.

I learn something each and every time listen to these guys. My goal is to one day venture over to Faction SC and learn from them in person. Seriously the best fitness/ Crossfit/ Weightlifting/ getting fit podcast on the planet. And as a bonus these guys are funny as hell.

These guys clearly have been involved with all aspects of fitness for a long time. They have some witty banter and Chris and Doug always seem to be able to simplify and streamline increasing power and mobility. Great show!
