“I've been a supporter of SIFTD for a while, but I only started listening to the podcast, GameFace, a couple of months ago. I listen to a bunch of gaming podcasts and thought, "Do I really need another one?" But I decided to give it a shot, and it is absolutely one of the best. Shane and Matt both bring so many years of experience into their discussions, and their opinions differ greatly from many of the other video game podcasts out there. It's refreshing, hearing Matt's cynicism (but not negativity) and Shane's wisdom (from working as an executive in games media), something you do not find on another podcasts where its usually opinions without much base. I gave a little money to them on Patreon just to keep them running, but listening to GameFace inspired me to up my donation because knowledge like theirs and a service like SIFTD are hard to come by and, in my opinion, incredibly necessary. This show is absolutely worth listening and subscribing to!”
