Great podcast & helpful for connecting with family

Listening to this podcast was super helpful for me, as I have a close family member who attended wildneress therapy recently. The "Deconstructing Motvation" episode shed new light on her journey and gave me a deeper understanding of what she went through. This podcast is super helpful for parents, anyone with younger siblings/family members, and really anyone interested in learning more about mental health & wilderness therapy.
