“I love this podcast! it’s one of the only few meditations that has a 2nd person point of view story telling and it makes a huge difference. 2nd person visualizations are great for distracting my brain from thinking at night. Unfortunately it takes me approximately 2 hours to fall asleep so I do enjoy the longer meditations and would like to see more :)”
