I love this podcast please never stop!
I love this podcast! it’s one of the only few meditations that has a 2nd person point of view story telling and it makes a huge difference. 2nd person visualizations are great for distracting my brain from thinking at night. Unfortunately it takes me approximately 2 hours to fall asleep so I do enjoy the longer meditations and would like to see more :)

I’m a very light sleeper and tend to wake up frequently at night. However, whenever I play an episode, I am relaxed within minutes and have the deepest night sleep.

Am enjoying the power nap tracks on my long train journeys to work. Relaxing voice, and not too intrusive. Very calming and relaxing.
