“I have always had a very busy mind, always thinking about the next 50 things to do. When I became a mom 2 years ago, I added another 50 things. I started listening to this podcast out of desperation and because what else am I doing at 3am. I found myself laying in bed thinking how ridiculous this was...and how obviously I was just going to listen to the story and not sleep. I was told to get comfy, so I closed my eyes to follow along. And then all of a sudden it was morning and I slept great. You can’t argue with results, and I recommend this pod to anyone who says they are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. The hosts have soothing voices, and I’m not sure how they do it, but they can always settle this racing mind. Thank you!”
