“V’s voice, the mini meditation prior to each reading, and the binaural, chill music, really soothes me and helps me sleep. Even if I don’t get to sleep for awhile (I have severe insomnia) I can rest without feeling agitated. I’ve listened to and tried out so many and this is the only one I enjoy that helps. Also, the fact that (unlike another sleep podcast) there isn’t 20 minutes of adds.
Honestly I just want to say thank you because I’ve been struggling my whole life with sleep, COVID-19 stress has increased the struggle, and I’m just so grateful for this podcast. Please keep going.
