Childhood Favourites Provide Peace
Going through a tough time right now. Waiting for surgery and treatment for breast cancer. Everything is uncertain and sleep is hard. These stories are so familiar and comforting. I love listening, the stories relax and soothe me all at once. Thank you for taking this time to read them. I am waiting for the next episode of Little Women, so have started listening to Dr Dolittle. These were some of the first books I read and reread growing up in the 70’s in England. I’m also looking forward to listening to Heidi and Black Beauty. Please consider reading the Moomintroll books, Mrs Pepperpot or Pippi Longstocking. These are also beautiful books I read before I turned 9 :) Thank you again

This is calming, and a nice podcast to unwind with at the end of the day. I would love if they were a little bit longer, however, they are still great!
