Colm Doolan
Sober Mess Podcast
A few years ago I was at rock bottom, my mental health was at an all time low and the only solution I knew was drinking to escape. After a last stitch reach out for help I was introduced to a new way of life. Fast forward a few years, I'm 10 years sober, 32 and now life is better than ever. I talk about the incredible natural resources available out there such as nature, exploring, hiking, sea swimming, all the sober things that can make us feel good and connected. Powerful conversations with incredible people from different backgrounds, experiences and learnings. (https://bit.ly/3w66W3Q)
