Socrates in the City is the acclaimed series of conversations on “life, God, and other small topics,” hosted by Eric Metaxas. Great guests but . . .
Metaxas tends to be “wordy,” taking up valuable time that could be better used letting his guest speak. Sometimes he talks over his guest to get his own opinion out there when I’d rather hear what his guest has to say. Nevertheless, a podcast worth one’s time.
