This week Marc and Steve are joined by comedian Ashley Storrie. Ashley chats about starring in the new BBC sitcom "Dinosaur", her experiences of writing and playing an autistic character and why it was important to portray an authentic reflection of her own experience. They also chat about Ashley starting standup at the age of 11, her experiences of being on the road (including with a live show of Frozen), and how an early childhood encounter with Still Game's Greg Hemphill ended up coming full circle. Bonus: Getting Away with Swearing with Rachel Parris
Marc chats with comedian Rachel Parris ahead of her tour shows in Scotland at the beginning of May. Star of The Mash Report (and the videos from it which went viral online), Rachel discusses becoming known for something that's not completely reflective of her stand-up, what it was like when she took over as host during the ill-fated weeks where Liz Truss became Prime Minister and the Queen died, and explains why she's not a fan of the phrase "Be Kind". Plus, Rachel reflects on her experience of appearing on panel shows (not to mention judging a competition won by a certain Mr Buchanan), how she deals with the "teacher vibe" perception people have of her, and how she finds being in a relationship with fellow comic Marcus Brigstocke makes navigating the life of a performer more manageable.

They discuss Larry’s meticulous approach to standup, where he takes into account everything from his skincare routine to his silhouette (not to mention his incredible writing and performing, which has led to multiple award-nominated Edinburgh shows).
