“Increasing amounts of content locked behind a paywall, an entire extra show dumped into your feed which I’m almost certain nobody actually likes, and now stupid clickbait titles? On podcast episodes? Which are downloaded automatically anyway? By what metric are these new episode titles better than a list of the films reviewed in your film review podcast? I want to know if a film I’m interested in is covered, I couldn’t care less if you ‘forced’ Mark Kermode to watch something that came out years ago. What are you doing?
What’s left of the show is still good, but it’s being quickly ruined by a series of awful decisions by those working behind the scenes that show at best a lack of understanding and at worst a disregard for the target audience.”
