Olive Idehen is the founder of Callive, Inc., an organizational development consulting firm to small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations and a financial coach to individuals. Olive has extensive experience in the financial sector. Her previously was Senior Manager, Community Investment, E*TRADE Bank where she managed community reinvestment activities for the Washington, DC MSA. Prior to this, she served as Bank of America’s Vice President, Community Relations Manager implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative within the Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs line of business. She supported the Market President, charitable foundation and community outreach activities and initiatives that addressed critical needs in the low-and moderate-income communities in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. In addition, Olive has had tenures as Senior Director, Housing and Community Development at the Fannie Mae Foundation, and the founding Executive Director, Coalition for Nonprofit Housing Development.Olive has a professional history in community development, philanthropy/community investment and community relations. She serves on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations including, board member – Global Scholars Foundation and Manna, Inc.; Vice Chair – Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development; Chair – Life Asset and a member of Leadership Montgomery CORE Class of 2018.Olive received her bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, New York and master’s in city planning from Boston University.
