I loved this podcast. After being in 12 step programs for 40 years , I realize I never learned to be skillful with emotions. Unless I was happy I felt shame. I am a novice at feeling . As a teacher for 25 years I stepped between kids and their emotions all the time. Your tools and processes will be very useful in my close relationships. I can hear and be heard instead of feeling anxious .Anne
